Homestay message
We provide flex-term shared living near Chicago's Illinois Medical District. While 90% of our tenants are Medical Students doing rotations at nearby hospitals, we are an equal opportunity housing provider and delighted to take any and all requests for housing.
Most of our rentals are 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom arrangements with all amenities and utilities included (including wireless internet and cable). You may have up to (3) flat-mates, but have your own room. Laundry machines are available in each unit and are not coin operated.
We are very close to: Cook County Hospital, Rush University Hospital, UIC Hospitals, Brown VA Hospital, Mt. Sinai Hospital and St. Anthony's hospital. We are located in the Tri Taylor neighborhood of Chicago approximately 3 miles due west from downtown Chicago.
We are open to leases of just about any time frame, so give us a call, we'd love to hear from you!
